What’s Up Our Sleeve In 2018… 5 Things You Can Count On

Have you ever noticed that the arena of real estate has SO much stuff you can’t predict… or control for that matter?! We get it, and while we enjoy the thrill of the ride… this week’s post is for those who like to know what to expect. While we promise not to play crystal ball (Jason looks horrible as a genie!), here are 5 things you can count on from US in 2018:

#1: Top Notch Marketing: This is Silicon Valley, and your home’s marketing should reflect that. Each year we add another level of excellence to our marketing mayhem, from improving the quality of our print materials, to increased targeted buyer FB outreach… to taking our video presence to a new level. Expect even more in 2018.

#2: Buyer Preparation: On our blog, we’ll be addressing the 3 biggest questions that buyers have in the current market – including how to avoid overpaying and what terms you need to prepare for besides price.

#3: Seller Solutions: Since we can’t forget the sellers (and the market NEEDS them!), our blog series will also explore the 3 biggest questions that sellers have in the current market – including how to un-lock your home’s maximum value and how to ensure every possible buyer steps up.

#4: Community Connections: We love where we live – and we aren’t afraid to show it! Expect even more about the Sereno Group 1% program as well as other local causes that we champion. We believe that the real estate cycle should include giving back to the communities we serve, and that commitment is here to stay.
