What a year! As we reflect with much gratitude on another amazing year of Silicon Valley real estate – we got a little sentimental as we started reviewing some photos (shhh – don’t tell anyone!). More than just homes sold or property purchased… do you see what we see?!

We see homes of happy memory making – past, present and future.Kitchens where great holiday meals were prepared & enjoyed. Backyards where summer barbeques were hosted with a dress code of flip-flops required. Bedrooms where kids giggled joyfully when they were supposed to be sleeping (but everyone pretended not to notice!). Home offices where Silicon Valley working lifestyles met balance and comfort. Neighborhoods where block parties formed new traditions and initiated new friendships. Places where people came together and where life was truly lived.

As we celebrate a season that is all about loved ones and life’s greatest treasures (the ones that can't be bought), we are reminded that the very best memories are made at home. We thank our buyers, our sellers, our colleagues and our trusted network of service providers for sharing in our passion for real estate and the gifts that come with it. What we do has little to do with closing a transaction and everything to do with making someone’s life become truly well-lived. We cherish that honor always… and we thank you for your support in it.
