The local recreation centers are offering more options this year than last, and we encourage you to check out what they have to offer! Some of our favorites include the Los Gatos-Saratoga Recreation Guide, the San Jose PRNS Programs, the Campbell Community Center and the Kennolyn Camps!

THE BOARDWALK
Nothing says summer like… the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk! A limited selection of rides is now open Friday thru Sunday (arcade open daily). The classic fun is back – but advance reservations are highly recommended due to capacity limitations. Be sure to check the website if you are dropping by as updates are posted when ride reservations are sold out.

GARLIC TIME
The spirit of the South County is stronger than ever as Gilroy brings back a reimagined garlic experience. The 2021 Gilroy Garlic Festival consists of two weekends with a drive-thru gourmet alley, a savory farm-to-table dinner in an intimate outdoor setting & golf for a cause. REDWOODS & ROCK
While many Roaring Camp events are returning in 2022, the steam train is departing daily and the beach train is running on weekends. In addition, the Roaring Camp Summer Music Series is bringing your favorite bands back to the redwoods all summer long (COVID protocols in place). See the schedule of shows HERE.
