Speaking of unprecedented, the San Francisco Chronicle recently reported that Bay Area home prices have hit a record high. Median home prices rose in August 1.7% compared to July, and nearly 19% compared to last August. The pandemic has no doubt pushed the spring and summer selling season far into fall, and we are more than pleased and truly excited for the opportunities our sellers have experienced.

A market this dynamic is rewarding for sellers, but very challenging for buyers. That is why those hard-earned homes and memories to come mean so much to us and those buyers whom we are more than honored to represent.
