CoreLogic has reported that December home price gains skyrocketed 9% year-over-year nationally. Santa Clara County median home prices jumped 12.5% year-over-year in the last month of 2020. Average days on market in our county was 20, while local inventory plummeted to 15 days (see more stats HERE).
