December is halfway through, and we sincerely hope that you are preparing for some well-deserved time to reflect & relax in the weeks to come. Before we (attempt!) to turn off our analytical engines and turn on our holiday cheer, we wanted to provide a glimpse of Santa Clara County real estate here at year-end.

Below you will find a snapshot of the Homes of Silicon Valley Real Estate Report compiling real data from November 2021 (the most recent completed month for which all statistics are available). As you will see, the median home price for a SFR has risen 3.4% month-over-month (and 22.1% year-over-year!). Active Listings have dropped nearly 40% in a very seasonal and typical trend, while days on market has ‘risen’ to 16 days (still pretty fast, right?!).
