We have noticed (and felt ourselves!) that finding some household necessities and planning meals is getting harder and harder; at the same time, local eateries are feeling the financial pinch of being closed and having too many products yet not enough customers. The solution: many local restaurants have turned into curbside markets providing no contact groceries and household goods. This is also a huge convenience for many single parents, high risk individuals and essential workers who are unable to make multiple grocery stops at varying times of day to secure the goods they need during this pandemic. Other small businesses are making breakfast, lunch and dinner a cinch by offering carryout, curbside and delivery.
Below we have featured just a few local businesses who are making life easier for us, and by supporting them, we can make their lives easier and more stable too. Did you know that FLIGHTS (with locations in Los Gatos & Campbell) offers a “No Touch” grocery store, as well as family meals, individual meals, specialty items and a ‘Send A Care Package’ service? THE BASIN
These owners have recognized that fine dining may be what we want, but it is NOT what we need. As such, The Basin in Saratoga has transitioned from a fine dining establishment to an online ordering service for family meals. In addition, they offer ‘Basin Basics’, great wine at great prices, produce/meat/seafood boxes and yes… they also have toilet paper.

Southern Kitchen
If you are looking for a true breakfast of champions, this is your place! With options for pick-up in Los Gatos or no contact delivery via DoorDash, Southern Kitchen is all about comfort food and convenience. They are also contributors to Feed Our Heroes LG and have helped deliver 350 meals to healthcare workers! Be sure to ask about their actual Family Breakfast Of Champions meal too.

This American restaurant house with Spanish and Italian inspirations is now offering cocktails to go as well as market items with takeout orders.
