EL PASEO DE SARATOGA PURCHASED BY DEVELOPER
If you have been to AMC Saratoga 14 lately, you may have noticed that the shopping center its located within is aging. And you know what that means… developer Peter Pau has made a move! Known as the guy who ‘always thinks big’ according to Bob Staedler, principal executive with San Jose-based Silicon Valley Synergy, there’s speculation that this is a safe long-term investment likely to retain retail space, but possibly add housing too. In the short-term, the 300,000 square foot space is poised to welcome Qwench Juice Bar, Burgerim Gourmet Burgers and TruFusion in the New Year.

SAP CENTER STANDS OUT AS BAY AREA’S #1 ARENA
There are so many places to see concerts in Silicon Valley – AT&T Park, Levi’s Stadium, Oracle Arena… but SAP Center has something they don’t – a NEW top ranking. Pollstar Magazine analyzed ticket sales for non-sports events over a 12-month period ending at the end of November 2018. They crowned SAP Center #1 in the Bay Area and #12 in the WORLD for best arena venue!
