That last service is an important one and often under-utilized. Nearly every homeowner wants (and has a right to know!) what their home is really worth today. That is why certain online estimates have become so popular from real estate sites. However, please note that pulling up your home’s value on Redfin or Zillow is unlikely to be an accurate reflection of your individual home’s current value. There are simply too many specific factors that an online algorithm cannot account for – that a real human can!
