If you think we’ve been a little quiet lately, that’s because our hardest and most rewarding work has been going on behind the scenes! With spring upon us, we have been seriously strategizing with our sellers to prepare for the dynamic market that isn’t merely upon us – but already here! While selling your home in a seller’s market might seem like the ‘easy’ part…there are still some pretty major milestones at hand: Where will you GO when you sell? What ROI can you reasonably (and excitedly!) expect? Will a little work now create a bigger win later? Is the highest offer really the only one that matters? Is market timing even relevant anymore when inventory is this low?

These might be the questions that make your head spin at night – but they are the forces that drive us to do what we do and what is best for you in every transaction. With some pretty exciting listings upon us (check back here – OFTEN) and many homeowners considering the hefty return this market can bring to their investment, we thought this was an ideal time to re-visit our very first four blogs – the Homes of Silicon Valley 'Seller Series'! There was no way we could cover our best listing advice in one blog – so we tackled the topic with a 4-part process that takes you through both the upfront perspective and ultimate product in selling your home.

(If you want to be really sneaky…show this to your friends who are buying so they can play ‘devil’s advocate’ and understand the flip side of the transaction! A little understanding goes a long way ~ in real estate & beyond.)

SELLER SERIES EDITION 1: CREATING A COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ANALYSIS

VISIT: http://www.homesofsiliconvalley.com/seller-needs-analysis

There are two kinds of homes in life: the one you WANT and the one you NEED. Our job is to blend the two visions to create the one that works for you today and becomes a great investment tomorrow. Check out Seller Series Edition 1 for an exploration of the lifestyle factors, pricing considerations and timing issues that impact your sale.

SELLER SERIES EDITION 2: 7 PRICING PRINCIPLES

VISIT: http://www.homesofsiliconvalley.com/Pricing-Principles

If you have ever popped your address in an online ‘guess-timate’ and figured that was the sale price of your home…please don’t tell us! There are some pretty important pricing strategies and factors that exist – and few of them involve the internet. In Seller Series 2, we walk you through how to get the biggest ROI without freaking out over your DOM while not going C-R-A-Z-Y!

SELLER SERIES EDITION 3: EVALUATING, RECEIVING & NEGOTIATING OFFERS ON YOUR HOME

VISIT: http://www.homesofsiliconvalley.com/evaluating-offers

Oh the fun part; we also call this ‘Meet The Buyers’! Is there anything more exciting than receiving multiple offer, reading those personalized letters, and oh yeah – digging through to find the highest offer?! Maybe not – so in Seller Series 3 we guide you on how to enjoy the good, spot the bad and avoid the ugly.

SELLER SERIES EDITION 4: CLOSING SERVICES: WHERE COORDINATION COUNTS

VISIT: http://www.homesofsiliconvalley.com/coordinationcounts

We always hope that this is the part where we don’t disappoint people – but we are NOT the agents who go MIA (missing in action) as you approach COE (close of escrow).  Even the simplest scenarios can benefit from a little TLC when it comes to making sure your transaction is smooth sail-ing! Whatever the weather, you’ll see how the 3-part closing coordination we discuss in Seller Series 4 makes a big difference in your BIG move!

If you are considering selling your home and have a question about the timing, the process or the potential that exists - let us know! We are pretty sure you'll walk away as excited about the current market as we are whether you decide to sell or not.

Cheers,

Mark & Jason

Marketing strategies are needed so that you can call many sellers to join the business. From now onwards you have to pass uk writings reviews that are common in giving the lists of the famous workers with full effort.
